What does this cost?
We quote a fixed price after the audit, so you know the number before any work starts. A single automation is a few weeks of work; a full internal system is a few months. If the saving doesn't clear the cost, we'll say so on the call.
We already have systems we can't replace.
Good — most of our work is connecting what you already run, not replacing it. Ripping out a working system is usually the most expensive way to solve a problem.
How long before we see something working?
For a scoped automation, a first working version in weeks rather than quarters. You'll see something running before you've paid the balance.
Who owns the code?
You do — full source, documentation and infrastructure accounts in your name. If you want to take it in-house or hand it to another firm later, nothing stops you.
What about our data?
Wherever possible it runs in your own environment and stays there. We sign NDAs as standard and work on least-privilege access — we ask for the narrowest permissions the job needs.
What happens if something breaks later?
Either you run it yourself with the documentation we hand over, or we run it on a support retainer with agreed response times. Both are priced up front.
